This is sideloaded, not from the Play Store, so Android will ask you to allow installs from whichever app you downloaded it with. That prompt is expected — it appears for anything not installed through the Store.

Installing

Tap Download the APK above on the phone itself.
Open the downloaded file. Chrome usually offers Open in the download notification; otherwise find it in Files → Downloads.
Android will say installs from this source are blocked. Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back and tap Install.
Play Protect may add a "scan this app?" prompt. Continue past it — the app is unrecognised because it has never been published, not because anything was found.

Controls

Move: Touch anywhere on the left half below the pitch — the stick appears under your thumb. Push gently to walk, fully to sprint.
Kick: Hold on the right half to charge, drag to aim in any direction, release to fire. A tap is a light touch on the ball.
Dash: The button near the top of the right side.
Pause: The back button. Tap anywhere to resume.

Worth knowing

Every goal that is not yours is a target. Scoring takes a point off whoever conceded, so a lead disappears fast.
The diagonal walls are for banking shots. It is the hardest thing in the game to defend against.
Stand still on the ball and it gets taken off you and thrown across the arena.
Nothing on the pitch is a button, so your thumbs never cover the thing you are watching.

Privacy

No ads, no accounts, no purchases, no network access after install. Match statistics stay on the device unless you export them yourself. Full policy.
